Visited yesterday and charged with M-CHARGE RFID, no issue.
The single AC was replaced with a 2-connector DC. They painted over the green space and re-painted in M-CHARGE style.
This is the first touchscreen-enabled EVTEC charger I see at Migrol. It also has the car limits / charger limits indicator.
The construction work on the primary access road is finished, I was able to access the Migros the "normal" way this time.
