The chargers are not immediately visible when coming from either direction, as they are on the side of the building. When coming from the east you can either drive through the pumps, or turn after the pumps.
The Migrolino was not yet open. None of the numerous signs posted in front seem to be related to Migrolino, all related to construction work or fuel starting operation.
