Visited on July 13 and charged with Shell RFID.
The hotel parking is accessible without gates. 3 parking spaces are clearly marked in Shell Recharge branding, so I assume it's open to everyone.
Based on the sign at the door, it doesn't seem like the hotel is staffed all the time, so you couldn't even go ask for permission to park.
We can see they straightened the parking spaces in that row, but because they didn't rebuild the curb, this leaves 2 of the charging spaces with an awkward and dangerous corner. Better not back too far! I could have parked much further forward with my Fiat and still plug in, but I'm used to going all the way to have as much as the ground paint visible on pictures.
