The charger appears to be back online since end January, it's on eCarUp, still with SAK as the operator. No idea how old the picture is, but the description says "TYP 1 / TYP 2" so it must indeed still be the same charger and still has the 2 cables.
It's now cheaper at 55ct/kWh and no start fee instead of the old 1.5CHF+60ct/kWh in October.
