Visited on June 14 without charging.
The chargers are along the wall behind buildings 1 and 2.
There are signs saying the spaces are reserved for charging, but they don't clarify whether this area is still part of the public paid parking. Since it's a bit apart, it could also be private parking but if so it's very unclear.
That Sunday there was a sign saying parking forbidden on entire area. It must have been for the same event that blocked the IBW charger, and seemed to be over. The area where the chargers are didn't seem occupied by the event, but if something is installed on the large space, then you cannot enter or leave.
