Visited on April 26 and charged with M-CHARGE RFID, no issue.
The chargers are outside. When you arrive from the freeway, there's an M-CHARGE sign that you see before the chargers, though you cannot miss the chargers as soon as you turn into the Migros area.
The sign at the entrance has a parking meter symbol, but I couldn't see any parking meter. It must just be max 2.5h free. Though the charging spots also have their own ban sign, without any parking meter symbol and no posted max time.
