Visited on May 7 and charged with eCarUp app, no issue.
The charger is inside the paid parking. The eCarUp description says "Bitte lösen sie ein Parkticket".
The QR codes for ad-hoc payment appear on the screen.
The charger has the EVTEC car/charger limit indicator and details tab.
