Visited on May 7 and charged with eCarUp app, no issue.
On location, it's not clear if you need to pay at the parking meter, because there's also a very high 6CHF/h fee built into the charging price. But in the eCarUp app it says "Bitte lösen sie ein Parkticket".
The trees are annoying for everyone in this parking row, but more so for the chargers, because you can't just choose another space if your vehicle doesn't fit...
