Visited on Sunday.
What happened is that the Fashion Outlet "village" has been expanded, the old south parking has been demolished and there's a new multi-story car park. The Energie360° chargers are in this new parking, immediately after the gates on the entrance level.
It's a single long row, starting with the 4 AC chargers, then 5x HYC_50 (10 plugs) and 16x Kempower dispensers fed from 2 cabinets.
I tried one of each kind of charger. No issue with AC and HYC_50. But Kempower didn't work. It would give 3kW then slow down to 0kW over a minute, and claim the car was limiting. I tried a second charger from presumably the second cabinet, with the same result, except for the first 30 seconds it did show "grid limits" instead of "car limits".
From what is indicated on the screen, all Kempower chargers are 400V only. I don't know whether this means it's the 400V-only variant or if 800V could be unlocked later. I found the cabinets outside but couldn't get close enough to see the labels.
Contactless appears to be working on every DC charger. It's not equipped on the AC. The ad-hoc price is more expensive than app price for every single group: 65/69 for 150kW, 59/65 for 50kW, 50/55 for AC.
In the parking there are signs for toilets but it leads nowhere. I assume there will be toilets in the same building once everything is finished. For now you have to walk to the middle of the village to find toilets. I didn't go check out what kind of opening hours they have. The main foot exit out of the parking is currently fenced out, and there's a designated path around the back.
Out of the 3 parking payment machines I tried, none had a functioning contactless reader. I had to pay cash.
