I have a backlog of picture taken at various points in February.

On February 6 I saw the foundations for the chargers and electrical box. The Helion sign and the color of the electrical box confirmed this was Electra.

I knew Electra had a station planned in Rubigen, but based on the info I saw in their API I expected it would be further away. But this is the most logical placement, right next to the freeway exit.

On February 12 the chargers had been delivered and a team was installing the Electraline posts.

On February 20 all the chargers, posts and cabinets had been installed. The cables were waiting installation on the cable management arms and nothing had been printed on the ground.

On February 25, the cable had been installed and the EV symbols and numbers painted on the floor.

There was an event and every parking space was taken, including in front of the fence.

At that point I was already seeing the chargers in the Electra API showing available, but there were no sessions and clearly the hardware wasn't yet turned on.

I received pictures from today. Didn't get any charging report, but based on the live data everything seems to be working since March 26 already.

The Electraline posts for stalls 6/5 don't work, but the chargers appears to be working. It's lit green and I see sessions in the live data.

The spaces don't look finished, I assume they will put asphalt on them.

Just like Tesla, there's currently no mention whether you need to pay separately for parking or not. The entire area is designated for parking meter and there's no exception for any charger.

Visited on March 29 and charged with Autocharge without issue.

It seems odd on some picture that 2 cars are on the same charger, but it was actually quite logical because there was a car on the middle charger then the van arrived. I wasn't bothered by the charger share, the Fiat doesn't even take 50% of the available power anyway.

I went around to take a picture of the paid sign and the parking meter tariffs. Just like with Tesla, it's quite unclear if the chargers are exempted from payment.

Visited on June 21 and charged with AutoCharge.

I also took a picture with a space reserved to see what it looks like on the Electraline. It did hide the football scores and everything else and just says "Reserviert". If multiple people make reservations, I guess you need to take note of the space number in the app, because there isn't your name or plate number indicated.

Visited on June 26 and charged with AutoCharge.

It seems like when you reserve a space it always give you space 1 if available? So far this is always what happened here. Luckily space one is on the right of the charger, so it's convenient for the Fiat with charge port on the left.

Even with AutoCharge I still had to stand in the burning heat to verify that the charge was correctly starting, because the Fiat won't give enough information inside the car, and I cannot see the charger screen or Electraline display when inside!

I'm not sure what was going on with the van. I'm pretty sure I saw them plugging in and charging, but on my picture we see the session is not started yet, and in the live data there is only a charge visible 6 minutes later.
